Anubhi is from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Like many students, her journey started in a familiar, comfortable space—schooling in her hometown, graduation from a private university in Rajasthan, and then a job as a software engineer. Life was stable, predictable.
But somewhere along the way, Anubhi felt a quiet discomfort. As a software developer, she was building things—but she wanted her work to mean something more. The idea of serving the nation, contributing to something larger than herself, and helping people in real ways slowly began to take shape.
That’s when she decided to prepare for the defence forces.

“You don’t need years of preparation or multiple failures. You need the right direction.”
When Anubhi began her SSB preparation, she wasn’t someone who knew the process inside out. In fact, she admits she barely knew how SSB worked—what happens on which day, what assessors look for, or how to approach different tasks.
She joined R2R through a friend’s recommendation—without any grand expectations, just the hope of getting clarity.
What she found instead was structure.
Every small and big doubt was addressed:
The faculty didn’t just teach concepts; they walked with her through the entire process.
One of the biggest advantages for Anubhi was the timed mocks. Practising SSB tasks within strict time limits helped her simulate real pressure. When she faced the actual SSB, the environment didn’t feel unfamiliar, it felt practiced.
Self-introspection was another game-changer.
Instead of copying answers or crafting artificial stories, she learned how to bring her real life into her responses. The way self introspection was taught at R2R helped her understand herself better and that reflected naturally in her performance.
Neha Ma’am and Shashank Sir personally reviewed:
Every TAT story
Every sentence in WAT
Their detailed feedback helped Anubhi spot her mistakes early and correct them with clarity, not confusion.
Group tasks can be intimidating, especially for first-timers. The GTO practice sessions at R2R helped Anubhi understand:
How group dynamics work
What situations may arise
How to participate effectively without forcing leadership
The live lecturette sessions trained her to think on her feet and present her thoughts confidently, something that made a visible difference in her overall personality.
During her mock interviews, she was asked certain questions that later repeated in her actual SSB interview. By then, she wasn’t guessing answers, she was responding with clarity.
Anubhi appeared for CDS OTA (Non-Tech), CDS 1 2025 at 24 SSB Bangalore.
She got recommended in her very first attempt.
A result she credits entirely to the structured guidance and consistent support she received.
Preparation isn’t always easy. There are days of self-doubt, stress, and mental fatigue. But Anubhi’s message is simple:
“Don’t lose hope. Ho jata hai. Just keep at it.”
For her, SRT was the most challenging part due to time management. But with repeated mocks, faculty guidance, and critical thinking practice, she learned how to respond effectively within limited time, turning a weakness into strength.
Anubhi’s story isn’t about extraordinary talent or years of struggle. It’s about starting with clarity, practising the right way, and trusting the process.
Sometimes, the difference between confusion and confidence is simply having the right people guide you.
And when that happens, even your first attempt can be enough.
